It's the best place I've ever worked, but it has some definite growing pains

Pros

Great atmosphere, friendly co-workers Interesting work, lots of variation from day to day Free lunch! Flexible work hours and ability to work from home.

Cons

Communication between departments is not always the best; the right hand doesn't always know what the left hand is doing so there are some rather tedious disconnects. While my manager doesn't micro-manage, he also isn't as helpful and supportive to people in the department as he could be.
