Pros

Infinite Campus is an awesome place to work...Very laid back environment, Casual Dress but Professional Atmosphere. No micro management and a very zen atmosphere. Free Lunch, a climbing wall, Koi pond and free beverage stations throughout office, HSA, FSA, Childcare benefits, Free consult A Doc benefits and generous PTO (that they actually want you to use!).Yearly pay increase and family friendly.

Cons

The Health insurance is High Deductible so that gets spendy if you have health concerns or a family--Each individual has a deductible of a few thousand so even if one person (adult)meets individual deductible the child's office visits are still spendy

Pros

Perks galore! Lots of opportunity for growth. Not corporate ladder growth, but personal/professional growth to learn and take on additional responsibilities.

Cons

Disconnect between departments. Need consistency and direction from senior management.

Pros

I've worked at Infinite Campus for more than a year. One of the best things about the company is its family friendly working environment. Every company has crunch times but at Infinite Campus these are kept to a minimum. Flexible work hours, the ability to telecommute when needed, and a generous vacation policy make it easy for young families. The company also has strong commitment to helping the community through providing a superior low-cost solution for schools and by an active volunteer program. The diversity of the company's workforce is also a plus. For example, the company has a greater percentage of women software engineers than is average.

Cons

The company is privately held and there's no ESOP or ESPP. Health care coverage is good but co-pays can be high. 401K match is good but the vesting period is lengthy and the 401K provider's fees are high.
