Its great being at a party and meeting teachers & parents who use your product every day and have good things to say about it. When you add features and fix bugs it really gives it more meaning to know that it is helping teach kids. The company and people are awesome, and you get free lunch every day.

-Free lunch -Rock climbing wall -Cool building and campus -Casual dress -Laid back atmosphere -Good pay (usually) -Talented developers -Interesting work

Cons

-Disorganized (some areas in particular) -Cliquey and political (not everywhere, but enough to matter since it's a small company) -Poor communication between departments -Nepotistic (seems like everyone is related) -Casual environment leads to unprofessional language, behavior
