Throughout my almost 6 years at the company, I had a wonderful experience starting in the Customer Support department, getting promoted within 3 times before moving into the Managed Services Department into the Monitoring group, which was very exciting and helped my growth in knowledge.

Cons

None that I can think of - I had a wonderful time working there, and made some lifelong acquaintances.
