Pros

-flexible schedule -punctual in crediting salary -Early steppingstone for entry levels, no skill sets required.

Cons

- HR Response is slow. You will have to notify that you sent an email via Whatsapp. -Unprofessional in handling staff needs and there is no salary progression -No plans on staff retention resulting to high turnover rate -No bonus always lacks in budget.

Fired half my team to outsource to India In the process of firing the rest of the team to outsource to India 0 value in the people that are working for them Doesn't listen to the people who contracted them for work No PTO at all for hourly employees Hardly responds to inquiries
