The Work-Life balance is their USP, But since there is no work, you can have all the time to balance it out, awesome right? As long as you're Getting paid ;) Although, There is this one awesome project with them since ages, Else infinite usually has projects to built awesome websites! But they're Primarily A US Staffing/Recruitment Firm. "We will File you H1b Visa" sounds dreamy right? Try it. You'll have a great experience. Breaks are frequent and long since there is no canteen, you can take all the time to go out, grab a bite and cater your hunger needs, Fresh Milk/Buttermilk from Mograpada's Cattle farm is worth a try. There is a car for Pick up and Drop, Till Andheri Station. The HR dept. is the best, They will never disturb you with team building activities or employee review sessions,and their policies, too are flexible enough to change at will of the management, They will ask you to write good reviews(Check those with Title "Review"), and ask you to take a screenshot and email it to them as a proof, just so that you don't give them a reason to delay your paperwork *wink*. The accounts dept. also exists, led by a surly lady, They ensure you don't get your incentives, Your H1b visa money or any other amount they owe you on Time, just so that you could spend more time with them! *another wink* The Location says Andheri, but dont be surprised if you step onto cowdung or see people bathing in public out of a well (yes, there is a well), The more accurate location- Mograpada gives you the true rural experience! The Supreme Leader (President) is the best of them all, The True face of Mograpada. Often falsely accused for micro-management, His work ethics is the reason this company stands still today. A Dream company to be with, Sadly, I like to actually work and aim to get decent projects under my belt at this stage of my career, so had to leave, Else why would I?!
Cons
Ok, There might be SOME cases where the H1b process MIGHT not go well and one MIGHT get screwed over, but that is rare. You MIGHT be asked to sign a bond where you MIGHT get paid a bit less for some time as they hold back SOME amount for barely a couple of Years, Consider it a kind of Saving! As you have read, A Perfect company with barely any cons.
