      Worse Company Worse Management Worse Future

      There knowledge is good about how to earn money by faking everything. H1 visa L1 visa all are on fake papers and fake experience. HR and management is great in making fool out of new employees. recruiter will do anything for you to get you on board. You can get promotions if you are lazy workers who spend 60% of his day sucking up to management, lying about his achievements.

      Cons

      Its totally a fake company, CEO ,president and so called management is typical fake liar with and lack basic knowledge.in every aspect. Lots of nepotism, incompetent management. Management is not trust worthy and completely fraud. They never keep up the promises that they made to their employees.They don’t pay the amount which they agreed upon. Give fake details to client to visa Authority. Company will take your documents once your H1 is approved and will give you back after couple of years till then you will be stuck with them with less salary almost no benefits. They are tricking H1B rules. If you caught in interview you will be rejected and banned to apply for visa in US for lifetime. you have to show fake experience of 6-8 years in IT field and than you will have to attend interviews telling that lie. Beware -just a report to DOL gets the company and the fraud person out of business with just a simple complaint. Low salary, no work culture, CMD show( he will take all the decision no discussion) Rest of the department heads are Puppets

      Dear Ex-Employee, It is quite unfortunate that you have to write all these statements to vent your anger on something. First, we don't abuse L1 visa like other companies. We have not filed more than 3 L1s in last 5 years. If we did not file your L1 visa, there must have been a strong reason for that. If you were not picked up on H1 Lottery, that's again not our mistake. Your review clear shows your attempt to demean us . You should have pinpointed what exactly went wrong in your case rather than generalizing us with false allegations. Truth is always bitter, and Raj is quite direct about it.       Infinite is a good company to work

      Pros

      This is a good company to work especially if you start as a fresher. The company allows you to progress in your own style without any intervention on the pattern of your work as long as you get the work done. They are mostly open to any suggestions concerning Project Quality

      Cons

      There are times when the management experiments on the methodologies used while working on Projects, that may or may not work. But guessing most companies have to take a risk at times, so it seems alright.

      1. Flexible work timings 2. You get to learn a lot of new technologies 3. Hard work never goes unrecognized 4. There is not much work pressure 5. Timely appraisal(the salary hike that you get i don't think any company offers that much) 6. A very good place to start if your a fresher 7. You get to learn a lot of processes( you learn to be a professional)

      Cons

      I think there should be more training programs for freshers than what we have now
