Pros

The money is there to be made. I like the fact that is all incoming calls and not to have to chase customers, which makes the sales process easier! The environment is pretty relaxed. My own manager (Walter) is an amazing team player and that helps a lot to ease these "once in a while" frustrations. I work at the bilingual department, where most people need a Spanish speaker. It gets really interesting to help people from all over, we maintain the professional attitude but at the same time we interact with customers at a more personal level. I want to sell them what they need, not what I want.. and they feel it! Advance opportunities within.

Cons

Some periods the call volume is slow. Not enough days off through the year. No paid off vacation or personal days off.

Pros

Call volume is heavy. Work as many hours as you want. (make your own checks) Very Flexible with hours. Fun contest.... Jeans and polo...

Cons

Most people feel that the Attendance policy may be a con, however I show up for work because I want the extra money for JUST showing up for work .

Pros

This is a company with plenty of room for advancement to higher level pay based on progress and deal counts that you make , inbound calls(Don't have to worry about cold calling) ,positions and spiffs, Such as hiring from within for higher level positions, Example I came having minimal sales experience from writing 4 to 6 deals a week in training to writing well over 22 to 32 a week with a 40 to 45 hour work week right out of training and I would consider my self a little above average majority of the time there are other agent that write anywhere from 30 to 50 deals it all depends on how much time you want put in, .. If you willing to put the time in there is a lot money to be made. All do in part to there training process and helping you understand the ins and outs of selling through there training programs.

Cons

Sometimes schedules mandatory 6th day you can look at it as a pro or a con. Attendance they doc a little bit but also give you a bonus if you are on time everyday.
