Pros

....none.....oh they do hire you....that's the only pro......

Cons

....mostly everyone there is from a rehab program....special treatment.....has to do with state monies and the company..........no felons are allowed though.....they will get rid of the average worker and keep the rehab guy.....they get you in and out.....no matter if you are a top producer....no such thing as 56,000 in salary.....no one lasts that long to make that......and if you leave a word out of the script, they tap you on the shoulder and take you off the phone and take you into another room to reprimand you and bully you....then they ask you to sign a paper....if you don't they tell you to leave....which I did and never looked back....and you never see your commissions...EVER !!...anyone who is writing above comments that is trying to make the company shine and lie about the salary, is most likely management.....

Pros

I like working here. The people are fun and I make way more money than I did at my last job. The pay structure is new for me cause it mostly commission but I am making so much more.

Cons

Compared to my last job, Infinity can be pretty strict at times. Like no cell phones, and our lunches are only 30mins.

Pros

I have seen people with absolutely no leadership experience being trained to become managers, supervisors, trainers. The leadership has an infectious ability to instill character, knowledge and the skillset for anyone to become part of the leadership. All it takes is some initiative. A small story about earning potential in this company: 21 years old, in debt, previous job was making 9$/hr in retail. Now i closed off this year at 52k. My neighbor is a firefighter making the same thing I am, that feels great.

Cons

There is no paid time off for sales agents. But if you are able to climb on to a leadership position, you will have the benefit to take paid time off. There is no flexibility with starting schedule EVERYONE STARTS AT 4-12am or 5-1am, but that is where the money is at.
