Pros
At the time the coaches there were great. Rob especially. Great camaraderie with other agents. Pay so so. I was renown for doing 60-70 hour weeks and my best year i made $55k and I was a good closer.
Cons
Owners are callus and have zero caring toward staff. Cruel working conditions including no breaks, no lunch breaks were often (not always) the case. Mandatory over time made the place a stepping stone for skilled sales people. The constant recruitment of new agents ensured minimum call volume.
