Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. ISG values the hard work of each employee. As a result, ISG significantly increased the base compensation of Sales Agents effective 10/4/2021. While most agents earn much more due to ISG’s uncapped commissions, new Sales Agents will now earn a minimum of $17.50 per hour. Additionally, as tenure increases, the hourly guarantee does as well up to $25 per hour! ISG also rewards employees with regular contests, giveaways, extra-time bonuses, and more!

HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK

Pros

The only pro is if your smart then you will run from this place.

Cons

Everything. First and foremost they don't give you full details about the place in your interview. They then proceed after your hired to inform you of all the reasons you have to pay them.. from licensing to shirts for the job which you must wear, to even paying for your headset. The proceed to tell you this is the way of many call centers. None anyone I know have been apart of but they want to make it seem like it's normal. Then they train you the first week is a little inspiring after all the payments you owe them but then you find out after that instead of getting paid once a week like advertised on their hiring ads and documents they give you after hiring. No your paid for the first week you work and then have to wait an additional 3 weeks for your next check which they deduct money from of course because they need you to pay for some other items. After your first week of training you think maybe I can do this, then you meet the week two trainer.. I have never met someone who seems less genuine about the material he is supposed to be going over to help us make money. The pay structure sounds good until you find out how much money is deducted from checks for reasons like lateness, not adding on what they literally said is a unnecessary charge to a customer's bill, and not selling an additional Best Buy Geek squad feature. There are a few other ways they deduct money its just to many to list.

Pros

The only pros is Italian monday but then again they stopped that too

Cons

If the inbound calls aren't advancing into sales they will redirect your calls to people with bad credit. The more sales you get the better calls you get if you're having a bad day forget about making commission. They lie about the $500 bonus after 90 days
