Pros

I’m sure many of these reviews are from people who lost this opportunity by their own fault. Infinity is ultimately reasonable and fair in how they treat their employees. People I saw lose their job at Infinity did so because they weren't reliable or they flat out didn't care. I’m sure their scorn is a result of them kicking themselves for losing the opportunity to make the money possible at Infinity and nowhere else. While I did eventually move on from Infinity after a year due to relocation I made great money there. If you want an opportunity to make a healthy living, are willing to take the job seriously, and are willing to show up for work you can do very well at Infinity.

Cons

Commission sales can be a grind.

Pros

The company takes the time to send new agents through an extensive 8 week training class. The instructors were all successful employees here so they understand HOW to make money. The training class teaches skills that the highest earners use as well as how the system works. When an agent takes their first call, they should be prepared; if they did the work required for success in the training environment. Great opportunity to make money. I am "under-educated," (I didn't graduate college) and I have made ~$55K/year for the 2.5 years I have been here. I wouldn't stick around if I didn't love this place. The agent spiffs are insane! They give away cars, cruises, and cash every quarter! If you have a good work ethic, there is a bonus for showing up each week for your shift on time and working a full shift. HELLO?!?! A 20% increase in pay just for showing up!

Cons

High stress: The metrics aren't easy to obtain but they aren't out of reach. 6th days: But those days usually generate and extra $200-300 more in commission.

Pros

Great sales environment with excellent compensation packages and training. I personally run a 40+ agent team with half of them who will make $60k + this year, a handful making $80k+. Sales agents take only inbound calls and sell a quality service so we can all sleep well at night. Plenty of room for advancement within the company. We have a previous agent now working in IT, Business Development, and all of your Team Leads, Sales Managers, and GSM's were previous agents on the phone.

Cons

So to address some cons I've seen.... Yes the company can be slammed with inbound calls for days and weeks at a time. During this time we ask and pay for people to work overtime and will often feed lunch and dinner to agents and have them skip lunches and breaks. Sometimes the calls are slower. This is what happens in any sales environment. Sales is not for everyone. Telemarketing is not for everyone. If you are a sales professional looking for a great place to work with good pay, quality product, and great team to work with, come see us.
