Favoritism. The "grey" area, should not apply for a select few employees, it should apply to everyone or nobody. If policies are in place then stick to them to avoid behavior consistency issues with floor managers. Don't tell employees to work mandatory overtime hours unless the business NEEDS it (better forecasting). Stop hiring just anyone who walks in the door, be more selective when hiring. Treat EVERYONE with the same respect as you would want to be treated. Stop having ego maniac managers with NO level of professionalism or sales ability run your business, these people represent your culture. (EKT) (KS) (NW) Rarely get breaks.
