Exciting work, great culture

Pros

The quantum computing team has a great people first culture. You never have to feel guilty about using flexible schedule or PTO. The flexibility comes at no loss of productivity because there’s a great level of professionalism and responsibility amongst everyone. The whole team has a nice level of passion and personal interest in the project that’s refreshing to work with. Whenever anything goes wrong, the first question is always “how do we improve?” And never who do we blame.

Cons

Since the company is rapidly expanding, there can be some issues with facilities that slow work. The offices are currently a little crowded, and the labs are retrofitted from office buildings.
