long history in the AMO community, equipment on the ISS, amazing range of products and R&D opportunities, multiple locations, room to grow in your career if you seek out opportunities, green-field development

Cons

low diversity, organisational infrastructure needs work, needs more HR hires, there's a 15 word minimum for this answer....

Great place to work, if you believe in the potential of cold neutral atoms

Pros

1. The quantum computing team is staffed with great people with a variety of physics/optics/software engineering experience and is still growing. I regularly learn something new. 2. Boulder, CO is a nice place to live and work.

Cons

1. This is a fast-paced startup so you need to have some tolerance for tight deadlines, changing priorities and a deluge of daily tasks to be done. 2. I believe we are making more efforts on this front, but could bring in more cultural diversity.

Pros

Lovely humans, who are very friendly and welcoming. Amazing benefit package-though medical coverage could be better, and truly competitive salaries. A leader in quantum industry.

Cons

The word “unorganized” doesn’t begin to describe how discombobulated this company is. Great technology. Bad business-missing/broken policies and procedures. Training in all areas is quite spotty. Lots of info hoarding by certain individuals.

It is something we are working to correct every day! I think transparent, easy to find policies & procedures are critical for the organization. Please keep the feedback coming and don't hesitate to ask if there's something you'd like to see formally documented.
