Pros

Quick and easy to get hired. Light environment, no work drama, your work environment is what you make of it. They did have full benefits available. In site the options at lunch were wonderful! Bonuses available and not out of reach.

Cons

Pay rate needs an increase. They should have some kind of lunch card or something that works at all the stations in the cafeteria. Maybe cheaper to load onto the card and then use it. Benefits aren't cheap but they are available. There should be a minimum amount of calls made that's reasonable. The little breath you have to take between calls is sometimes not enough. Especially if it was a difficult call. Supervisors need to be better at the job. I was helping coworkers because she wasn't able to. How's that right? But I couldn't advance position for 5+ years because I didn't have a degree.

Pros

Competitive bonuses Earnings based on sales and hourly rates. Scheduled break times.

Cons

Weekends were sometimes required. Being on-call and being called in were common on days off. You would be transferred to other depts if their workload was excessive, even if wasn't your dept.
