Pros

None! There are literally no pros!

Cons

Pros

Work at home and virtually no interview

Cons

They're campaigning for Trump they don't tell you this is in the job description before they just put you on the project the other large contract they have is for Experian and they want to pay you $13 an hour which is basically minimum wage for a tech support they attempt to train you on Salesforce which is a horrible platform and they basically throw you on the phones and tell you to ask questions if you don't understand

Pros

Work From Home, some of the Employees, long leash for Attendance, leave early’s, make up time.

Cons

Nearly everything. Like the majority of Reviews say, the Calls are Mentally draining to the core, especially if you’re cross trained on nearly every client they have. One call is outbound NRA, next call is Apogee, next call could be inbound NRA, next call could be inbound plexaderm it’s crap pay and that’s how the Company likes it to be . Info does the bare minimum for its Employees and even that’s too much for them to swallow so they knowingly break the law and don’t pay COMMS for pre work activities. They’ve been sued multiple times for the same thing and keep doing it so I think it’s fair to say they know what they’re doing is wrong and don’t care . Search Angela Williams VS Infocision and you’ll find the most recent Lawsuit brought by a former Communicator . It was turned into a Class Action suit and many MANY COMMS, current & former joined and will now be getting a check in the Mail after it was determined info did in fact NOT PAY wages owed to hundreds of employees over the years. When whether we’re being compensated for pre work activities/ Citrix not working, and time spent on the phone with help desk has been mentioned in chat, either Supervisors completely ignore it, become defensive and tell us we’re not entitled to be paid, or to email HR. ( talk about a lot of miscommunication lol ) place is beyond dysfunctional. When you’re like me and handle so many different clients even though I’ve been doing this for years and years, it’s extremely taxing physically and mentally, my Mental Health has suffered tremendously due to all their problems stemming from the 2022 Data Breach . The incident nearly brought the Company down and looking back I wish it would have, this place is a disaster and deserves to go out of Business. Info Management goes after the less fortunate, the Poorest States are its priority when posting Job postings on indeed . They want to go after the most uneducated, most vulnerable having them believe it’s a good job with Bonus potential with room to advance when in reality it’s anything but.
