They will literally hire any live body’s, maybe cold ones too?

Hardly 7 days of training online, then thrown onto calls! Zero training on database and upgrades that are helpful, told to follow a script and you’ll be great, then you need to fly solo and figure things out. Data base is outdated customer info, often completely wrong, you’ll be told just do the job and don’t ask questions. If you don’t get at least 3-5 sales/upgrades per day you feel shamed by the up line- yes this is a glorified MLM form! You don’t get a sale, then you must get several firm NOs and don’t you dare “bail” on a call! Pulled for “training” aka shamed by an angry supervisor and when you ask for coaching and tips- ha good luck! “Follow the script and it’s proven to get sales”. No matter what your morals may be, check them at the door, smile over the phone and get ready to never pee when you need to!
