Literally the only pro is working from home.

Cons

Hostile work Environment Leadership is unorganized ( everyone has a different set of instructions for one objective that apparently none of the administrative staff touched base on before releasing to the trainers)

This is cold calling for NRA they say it's 12.00 it 's 8.55 for training and 9.00 one you finish training. Customers hang up constantly on you the job is not worth the time training is for about 4 days after that your on the phone.
