They are flexible with schedules and do no micromanage. The co-workers are amazing.

Cons

They do not pay well, nor should you expect to receive a relevant increase. They claim to hire within, but there is no room for career advancement or growth. They'll just string you along and use you. They will just take advantage of you.

Pros

Working from the comfort of your home and weekly pay. There is nothing else that I can say positive about working here

Cons

No paid time off whatsoever, despite me being told full time employees get benefits. You have to deal with getting different information from supervisors for the same exact question. Being talked down to as though you’re a child. And being chained to your computer.
