Pros

Good starter IT job out of college. You work with mostly idiots so you will look amazing and be able to move out to a better company with better pay in no time.

Cons

I worked there for several years in IT and I can tell you that it is horrible. Over 35 people quit in the first half of this year and thankfully I was one of them. They were pushing pay freezes and cut out bonuses. The government is starting to regulate these types of places more and more and thank god for that. This company is very manipulative. They lie to employees and sue anyone that gets in there way. They claim to be a Christian company but the management is anything but. They have a Political Action Committee that they run to try and grease politicians into not regulating telemarketing so heavily. Just before I left they asked us all to contribute to it from our paychecks. Infocision also has been hit by scandals multiple times and if you lookup "Infocision Bloomberg" you will see what I mean. They treat the telemarketers like crap and have scripts full of lies. Honestly I would work anywhere else in IT if possible. You won't learn a whole lot of anything and likely you will regret it not too long after starting. I wouldn't be surprised if the recent positive reviews were forced by management after all of us higher level employees resigned and wrote bad reviews.
