Supervisors are really helpful and like to have fun at work. Training is 6 weeks and I was glad it was that long because there was alot to learn. I had to miss a day of work for an appointment and was allowed to make up the time. Pay for Performance plan is awesome! I got about a $400 a month raise for qualifying.

Cons

Some of my co-workers are negative but I moved away from them and my numbers improved. It can be hard dealing with rude customers sometimes.

This company is a fraud...ii is the definition of the expression, "if it sounds too good to be true...." ie keep on running in the other direction if it has anything to do with Infocision. Also, very low pay; cannot save money after commuting to Akron and only making minimum wage or a little more. Cannot believe people still actually work in Telemarketing....it is very old school for 2015.

Its easy to make extra money.

Cons

The communication with the higher levels are awful. The supervisors really are not that helpful, it will take them like 15 minutes sometimes just to answer some of your questions. Plus they don't tell you anything, when it comes to your sales if they are good or bad.
