Working here hurts my soul

Pros

Working from home is the only pro

Cons

- Pay is terrible. - It is clear the employees are hired in numbers and not considered important (similar to throwing spaghetti on the wall and seeing what sticks). - Hours of training wasted while they try to get everyone to complete simple computer tasks that are not difficult but people don't read or follow directions. - Invasive technology they add to your computer (they do not provide equipment, you must bring your own). - A tech check done on computers each day as part of your log in procedures daily.
