the bathrooms are disgusting , and not because cleaners don't clean, they do but the employees are disgusting and pee on floors, don't flush , don't wash hands and don't clean up

Great work environment. Friendly and helpful Supervisors. We always have a game or something to keep everyone motivated. Frequent Overtime (time and a half pay) availability & bonus incentives just for coming to work. Flexible schedules.

Cons

Lack of information from the clients make it hard to truly help customers. Sometimes gets so busy it's hard to enjoy all games and activities

Friendly and supportive supervisor staff. Monetary incentives for attendance and performance too. Thorough training program and accessibility to help when I need it. We manage to have FUN at work!

Cons

Some of the customers I speak with are rude and some just hang up on me before I can let them know why I'm calling.
