      Pros

      As a parent with busy kids, InfoCison is pretty flexible when it comes to helping me meet my family obligations. People are nice and if you need help you just need to ask and someone will help. The InfoWellness clinic is a huge plus because I don't need to take time off work to see a doctor, and I can even bring my kids.

      Different food selection in the cafe.

      working from home is the only pro

      Being lied to by supervisor and management. They closed our call center (NOWAH) without prior notice, we were transferred to another center and were met with hostility from both the supervisors and communicators. Being told it is MANDATORY to train for inbound programs such as NRA and various religious programs, even if you do not believe in them. Most supervisors were NOT communicators, hired from outside, and have no clue as to what we do, what we know (which is more than they do) and what we put up with on the phones. Calls are much too fast, especially for those of us who work from home due to respiratory problems,
