Pros

They apparently are still hiring!

Cons

They will hire you full time at a certain wage. If you need to cut back your hours, the schedule is not flexible, and your pay will be cut by either one or two dollars (that is the furthest they can cut it, as it hits minimum wage at that point) High stress environment. Alot of nonsense rules. Most assuredly not worth the pay. They cut your hours, then cut your pay for not coming in for all of your hours. I have also heard they are not paying unemployment to employees. As they cut hours due to lack of work, they continue to hire. I heard this is for a tax writeoff, but, that may only be a rumor. Regardless, the employees are (obviously) not treated very well at all.

Pros

Working with Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations. Acceptable amount of time off.

Cons

Promotions are rare unless you are a favorite. To get promoted you basically have to be in the right place at the right time. You don't get promoted based off your accomplishments as an individual and it relies on the performance of things beyond your control. Corporate managment only cares about you as an employee once you put in your two weeks notice. They market themselves as a Christian based company, but you will work all holidays, Sundays- unless of course you are in corporate. They are essentially a communications company, but are horrible with communication and corporate looks down on Operations.
