Pros
Good schedule, that's about it. I have a paycheck and it pays the bills (well, most of them anyway).
Cons
Management at the call center level and above is lacking in just about everything. It's all who you know, not how well you perform. Management (at least mine) is shady to say the least. Often manipulative and look out only for themselves. If you do not buy into everything upper level management says you are automatically labeled negative. Not open to new ideas or suggestions for improvement in a serious manner. entry level supervisors are treated with no resspect and expected to do more and more work. they are held accountable for all of their agents behaviors and performance issues, even when it has been documented that they have been working to correct the issues.
