Not For Me

Pros

Work from home paid weekly.

Cons

Have to maintain a 0.76 index to stay employed with them. I was fresh out of training. I was on a call and got a message that if I did not have an index of 0.76 after five weeks I would be let go. Well, that hard to do when you have so many people telling you they don't have the money, or they already have the membership... or just STOP CALLING!

Painful and Deceptive

Business Outlook

Pros

Easy and Remote with some room to grow.

Cons

You will be made to cold call people asking for money they don't have when nowhere in the job description did it say you would be doing so. The inbound programs are worth doing, but the outbound calls only seem to make people hate the causes we work for.

Pros

Remote. No experience is needed fore the role.

Cons

-Micro managing everything. -10 min breaks and only 30 minutes of unpaid lunch. -You may constantly change programs. One week doing something. Then get trained for another thing, and then another thing. -Schedules werent as flexible as i thought it would be. You could work later in the day but you can get early shifts.
