Dissatisfied with company

Pros

The family atmosphere; the flexibility in scheduling; the great benefits offered to both hourly and salary employees and I'm not sure what else...

Cons

The pay is not comparable to others in the industry; the "bonus plans" are a joke. Not all positions are valued by the executive team. The atmosphere is very "political", they tell you what you want to hear. Some of the executives suffer from "power trips" and do not acknowledge you or show appreciation for your work. If you are not apart of the executive team, you don't get a voice or opinion.

Pros

InfoCision appreciates your personal life outside of work. Not asked to work too much overtime. Just put in your 40 hours and do a good job. Depending on what department you work the people can be good.

Cons

Some senior management are incompetent and not pleasant to work with Compensation is lacking. Salary is not good and if you aren't hitting bonus then your overall yearly gross is poor. Telemarketing isn't glamourous.

Pros

Paid once a week is nice, direct deposit is great, love the discount with verizon. Health benefits are okay not the greatest.

Cons

Had more jobs were I did more work and got paid more for my back breaking work. Pay rates needs to improve. "Says its a christian call center" but you have to work on sunday that is just not right. People need to stick to there word and not twist them so it can look good on paper. Health benefits needs to improve big time. To many people get involved other people's business.
