Pros

Not sure there are any.

Cons

The company seems to have lost its way. Maybe they had good intentions. Training is horrible. It's like they trying to throw sand in a cup from 10 feet away. Sure, some might land in it, but most will not. Trainers willingly admit that they don't train you well and also admit that they skip training videos/modules just to get you on the phone. Also, the employees make fun of and ridicule callers in the group chats. It's atrocious and rarely are they asked to stop. Also, their lack of protection of people's PII is criminal.
