The hours are good and the atmosphere also. You meet a lot of people and you become close like family. Supervisors are an inspiration to most if you let them guide your path into becoming good at your job.

Pros

Lots of Team Work, Casual Business/Family Atmosphere. Managers allow and listen to feedback, Company hires from within after six months, earlier if your attendance and performance show lots of potential. Offered overtime, paid vacation, sick time for salaried employees, paid holiday for salaried employees, casual dress code, lots of incentives.

Cons

Once the Company got you into a position that you performed well, it was hard to continue to advance. If you were not working overtime the Company would call you to encourage you to work, especially at the End of the Month for quota reasons. If quota was not meet, you could feel the tension, sometimes Supervisors, Managers, Trainers had a hard time not showing their bad feelings.

You work four ten hour shifts which gives you three days off. Which you need dealing with the individuals in this workplace. The three days off gives you a nice work/life balance.

Cons

Change aggressive environment, low pay, in charge of phone representatives that do not care about their job, if something happens HR will go for the Supervisors.
