Pros
2 30 minute lunch periods every couple hours, decent vending machines, Holiday dinners were nice, co-workers were nice and helped you get through the day.
Cons
Realized after the first month this job was not for me. They make you press customers for a sale, which I don't like doing. In my experience pressing people to buy something they don't want or need makes them angry and as a result you are more likely to get screamed and cussed at and later hung up on. On top of that, people were upset that you were interrupting their dinner or waking them up on a Saturday morning by calling. What made things worse is people would get calls from the company multiple times a week. Overall you got screamed at everyday multiple times a day.Working here made me physically sick because of how much I dreaded going to work. Furthermore, I did not care for their bonus system. If your performance stats were not high enough you did not get your bonus even if you made a sale that week. However, they would give you a sheet showing how much you could have made versus what you actually made. A big slap in the face.
