Pros

Good environment, The people are great....Very Welcoming for the most part. Lots of different options and opportunity to grow. Very easy to get hired if you are looking for a job while you are still looking for jobs.

Cons

High turnover due to extremely low pay. Not a competitive wage for the industry. They are sales people, you will get sold a job and a pipedream...You may even get sold a promotion with promise of better pay in the future or better "Bonus" opportunity. A lot of the support staff never see that bonus though because it is dependent on things you absolutely can not control...i.e. employee hours, retention etc. They will always try to put a positive spin on things but the truth is they will take advantage of you if you let them. They will continue to assign you more and more tasks letting you think it will benefit you in the future if you "prove yourself" Its all just a pipe dream though. There are too many executives and directors with unbelievably high price tags eating up the payroll budget preventing the people who actually work hard to get a decent livable wage. So you end up wasting years of your career chasing the Infocision Dream until you get brave enough to find something better.

Pros

The only true pro I can think of you get paid weekly and meet pretty great people

Cons

I have no idea where to start the training was sub par its a week training about the products for the most part its home security. Then they just throw you on the phone so for the first day your just stumbling over your words because you weren't prepared for the script. Then people you are calling are pretty upset cause they just talked to someone from infocision the day before. There virtually no training on the billing system so if you get a sale you gotta hope someone is near to help you or your waiting for 20+ minutes and usually by then you lost your sale. This is the last for now the bonuses are kinda impossible to get. I'm order to even get close you have to sell at least 3 security systems a day for a week and lets be honest if you can do that you can be a car salesmen and get twice as much. They only pat minimum wage to. So thats not much for what you have to deal with.
