Pros
Initially they offered tuition assistance, on-site daycare and reasonable monthly bonuses. Two weeks of vacation, a week of sick pay, and health insurance (although the health insurance was hundreds of dollars higher than what we could get through my spouse's work).
Cons
Your schedule gets changed frequently and at times without notice, no longer have daycare, no tuition assistance, bonuses dropped to quarterly and are not even half what they once were, in certain departments communicators are treated horribly, and when you leave the company whatever sick or vacation time you have you lose.
