Pros

Nice people, good pay, donations for charity calls mostly positive. Set scripts to read from for each call, fair bonus structure. A good sit-down job.

Cons

Slimy marketing for slimy companies and high-powered sales tactics. If that's your thing - you have a knack for getting the sale, then you should work here. Professional dress code was a bit odd for phone work.

Pros

Its an entry level job, and it's IT experience. You can learn the basics of software development and get a feel for what its like to work in an office atmosphere if you've never worked in one before. Most of the coworkers are nice people.

Cons

Infocision was built by the Taylor family for the Taylor family and their friends. They've built that empire by collecting every last cent from the elderly and paying their workers low wages. You'd be surprised how many people in very high positions are related to the CEO or former CEO by blood, marriage, or have very close personal friendships with the family. There are many fake, meaningless jobs with high salaries created and given to these people. The current CEO is the founders son and has done absolutely nothing to deserve the position. Infocision has even formed it's own Political Action Committee to try to combat the bad press and government investigations for lying and stealing from people over the phones. They even encourage their own employee's to donate to this PAC. In my time at the company I heard countless stories of executives lying, taking family vacations and living the extravagant life all on the company dime. Meanwhile they claim times are lean and they can't hire replacements for people who've quit or give competitive pay.
