Pros

Most of the people there are nice, onsite gym that up until recently had a Trainer (her job was cut)

Cons

If you are not upper management you are not going anywhere or getting paid what you should for the job you do. They like to sit back and collect a fat paycheck while dumping tons of work on the little guys. Expect to work more than 40hrs a wk and not get paid for it. They will con you into thinking it is that "Whatever it Takes" attitude that InfoCIsion was supposedly built on. In IT there is too much finger pointing and nothing gets fixed. On that note IT is very undervalued at that company even though without IT that company would be nothing. For years IT had their bonuses cut while the account staff, sales, and upper management were taking their full cut. The company has a bad habit of "well this is how we have always done it" mentality when they could change things to make jobs and life a lot easier around there. One of the worst things is the HR department is NOT confidential at all and they have no idea what they are doing, hence all the lawsuits against InfoCision right now. Lastly, upper management loves to make up titles for each other so they can get paid more with these so-called promotions - there is a reason there is a internal saying, "if you're not a Mike then you are out of luck."
