Pros

Infotrax treats their employees really well. There is a lot of room for growth within the company for anyone who is willing to work hard. The company is based on family friendly values and strives to create a good environment for success.

Cons

I worked for Infotrax part time, so I may not have had the same experience as a full time employee. I think one con would be that I didn't feel as involved in the company because I was part time.

Pros

The collaborative work environment helps you feel comfortable taking on big responsibilities and tasks because you know there is a team of experts surrounding you. InfoTrax has a good balance of veteran employees that have been around forever, and the up-and-coming talent to continue the tradition of producing the latest and greatest software solutions. The benefits like PTO, paid home internet, paid cell phone, paid BYOD demonstrate the management's commitment to making it a career position. InfoTrax has a great history and you definitely feel confident the business is not only going to stay around, but significant growth opportunity is right around the corner.

Cons

The workload can be significant at times, including late hours and early mornings. Working in the Direct Sales industry and especially with IT means the development is very custom so scope expectations / definitions can be somewhat difficult to manage. Interestingly, there is a subset of incredible, multi-talented, and just all around all-star employees countered by another small subset of some of the least interested and engaged staff. That can create some tension when you have one group that is ultra committed and another group that seems very laissez-faire.
