Management offers little for employees, which causes daily confusion in roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

confusing leadership, bad communication, lack of caring for all employers (there are clear favorites), and low pay.

You will love your team members, but execs offer no direction.

Overtime you feel at home with wonderfully supportive co-workers.

Cons

The executive team lacks follow through, communication and overall direction. One executive in particular made sexist jokes at the expense of women, an apology was made however it was clearly forced. Another issue often seen is job creeping without proper compensation, or promotions that in reality were just a way to pigeon hold you into another role you did not agree to.

It didn't seem like management had long-term plans. They would start down a road with a new product or tools only to stop midway and go down another path. It seemed like things never were completed. No real career path
