The people are amazing You have access to growth if desired Benefits go beyond just Insurance and days off

Cons

The speed of things happening is fluid - lightning or snails pace. You need to be adaptable.

Stellar culture, Great benefits, a real unlimited PTO policy. Every day at InfoTrax brings new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. They are focused on using data to make decisions across the board. Teamwork in all things is critical to InfoTrax including the creation of KPIs. The KPIs being used were created by the people doing the work not management. InfoTrax values their team members. Management recognizes hard work. InfoTrax has made massive strides in improving their technology.

Cons

It’s often difficult to keep up with all the work. InfoTrax has come a long way in 18 months and still has work to do. Work life balance is sometimes off but that may be on me. I've been told several times "silence your notifications" by management.

I can't praise them enough! I love working at InfoTrax because of the people, the benefits, and the support I've received for my development. It's the kind of company you can either stay at for a couple years and build up your skill set, or stay here for 20+ years and really make a career out of it. They also talk about the company's direction pretty frequently and help you see how your role fits into the big picture.

Cons

I used to have several things I didn't like about InfoTrax, but they have changed so much in the last couple of years and the things I didn't like naturally went away with the improvements they made.
