none, all there benefits have caveats

Cons

It’s a sink-or-swim environment with no training or support. If you’re not part of the in-crowd, your job feels unsafe. People are let go without warning, and promised perks like unlimited PTO or working from home are often unavailable or discouraged through guilt. I've never worked in a more "friendly" unfriendly place

Pros

At this point,there are none. Layoff after layoff, terrible leadership, angry customers. I'm honestly surprised we're still in business at all.

Cons

The executive team is all related. They aren't above doing favors for each other at the expense of the business. Huge egos and totally out of touch. They're condescending and are running us into the ground. There's no real HR or support for the team. In the past five years we've shrunk by hundreds of people. We've lost flexibility and PTO. Clients are frustrated and we can't keep up with the promises being made by the executive team. People are frustrated and undervalued but no one is listening and no one cares.

Recently underwent layoff. It was difficult for many of us. Caring was not enough to stave off the market forces.
