Pros

Very fast develop company which takes care about team building and working environment. The main parts of company are sales and support departments and they take care about in-house developed solutions.

Cons

Very high fluctuation of employees that could be caused by rigid rules about behavior at work. Company insists on its rules and doesn't allow any individuality.

We cherish our start up spirit in which everyone has the autonomy, but of course, as any other company we do have some guidelines which should help us in determining our direction as a business. Pros

Fast-paced company constantly growing in every way - employee count, revenue, portfolio-wise. Due to this new departments and offices arise on monthly basis giving plenty of career opportunities.

Cons

Company is struggling to develop the organizational structure to accommodate the high growth thus sometime seeming disorganized.

Pros

Growing & innovative. New products and offices all the time, international team gives a multicultural experience. The first training is usually international.

Cons

Reporting can be excessive, local management needs empowerment. Additionally, training should be more focused on business than on technical stuff. Team building concept is misunderstood, team building strategies should be reviewed and changed
