      Pros

      Very dynamic surroundings, not recommended for the people who needs siesta. People are encourage to be proactive. In Infobip work hard but play even harder. Benefits comes in many ways, money is the last. After some time, if you keep the pace you realize you learned a lot. Great coworkers, at least majority.

      Cons

      Pressure tend to be high. Free time suffer. Culture somehow strange, neither formal or opposite. Gossips are quite usual.
