Thank you for your feedback. To keep up with the market, we are working on implementing changes in the compensation and benefits system for all our current and future employees. For example, in 2021 we enrolled ESOP (employee stock option plan) to all employees across the staff base ensuring everyone shares in the value they help to create. There is a lot more to come, so stay tuned.

- organisation into teams of 4-8 people works well - flat organisational structure - truly agile approach - modern tech stack - good education budget and opportunities, yearly conference for developers

Cons

- there is ESOP scheme but no IPO yet :)
