- Warm company culture, you always get help and people are treated with respect - You can have a pleasant chat with people from any position

Cons are almost not visible in front of the extremely positive company slogan: "We have just started".

Pay and Benefits are great. All bank holidays are off.

Cons

Going from OpenMarket to Infobip in the US, the customer centric approach has gone away. Infobip has a more global approach that everything is transactional and the industry, people, and solutions are very commoditized. Leadership is very fear based and they don't listen to employees.
