Pros

You can work flexible hours, young teams.

Cons

Low salary. Menagement is all about their short term goals, not care about wellbeing of company. Company is lying to care about employees when all they care about is their profit and how to maximum use you. There is constatnt changing in proccesses that are not well developed and are half useful. Much stress to keep with all troubles.

Pros

Salary above average, stability in terms of a big company with revenue.

Cons

HR manages you as a tool, they control your time and do not care with you as a person. Benefits where hard to negotiate. This is an extremely big company and they consider you only as one more. Also there were a lot of lack of transparency on the manager/director position. And people do not cultivate feedback.
