Nepotims at all levels, bad salaries , bad commissions and bonus system, bonus payouts based on friendship not on results, career path and promotions are based on nepotism and how friends you are with the management not on results, toxic environment in all areas, Management don't accept any suggestions or hear any concern they just promote a fear culture , rude managers that can treat and make you feel really bad

Amazing people always ready to help and collaborate. Friendly culture, can be fun at work. Great products and tech stack, follows tech trends and you have opportunity to include new tech as well. Career opportunities, you can go in different directions and also change departments if you want. Benefits, list is constantly growing. Always helpful even for personal matters, great work/life balance.

Cons

As company is growing and improving market position new policies are introduced that are not always truly flexible as they were causing some previously simple tasks to be more difficult to do.
