Pros

Great learning opportunities, you will need to develop new skills to treat with clients. You have some nice colleagues.

Cons

Internally is a mess. Departments are not coordinated, you are left on your own in front of the client. The products are not in line with the strategy. The incentives are terrible, getting a bonus is basically impossible. They fired basically the whole European leadership team in a blink of an eye to replace them with people that came from different industries.

Salary and bonuses are fine. Constructive criticism is welcomed. All the usual perks are there.

Cons

Knowledge transfer and mentoring should be improved. Organizational struggles due to rapid growth.
