Poor communication, leaders don’t care about employees, low salary and no salary increases, no clear directions, too much work, no ability to work from home

Good work and overachievement are awarded with "Great job, thank you!" and a raise in salary is far, far away but they still expect you to achieve the goals and be motivated to work. CEO and leadership is not really focused on or seem to care about the employees. When faced with questions they respond with puns and jokes - really immature and unprofessional. Promised IPO and employee shares are just fairytales, the company is not close to going public.
