Pros

Infobip is a great place for anyone who wants to be a part of fast growing international company. Growth of the company means a lot of opportunities for your personal and professional growth. Company is full of young, smart and motivated people that can teach everyone a lot. Effort of every employee is being tracked and rewarded accordingly sooner or later. Infobip showed true values during pandemic in their relationship towards employees. In the times that are unpredictable Infobip made sure that their employees are not worried about their job.

Cons

Regarding cons, I'm not sure what to state really since they are some issues that almost every company face in their daily work. What's good about Infobip is that they are always trying to improve themselves and fix small cons that might bother someone.

Working at Infobip has allowed me to broaden my knowledge about different technologies related to CX. Infobip has a great organizational culture that allows you to speak freely with all levels of Management, something rarely seen in other companies.

Cons

None come to mind at the moment.
