Bippers culture around the world is amazing Is an open doors company in which you are able to talk and work with people in different levels and regions. Gaves you the opportunity to create a carrier path, in order for you to develop inside the company. Multicultural enviroment, in which you are constantly communicating with people all around the globe.

Cons

Is a company that is growing really fast, so there are still so many processes in construction phase, which can be not so good for people who looks for companies no so dinamic. In the case you like the dinamism and growing in a exponential way this will be more like an opportunity.

Pros

Real teamwork: everybody provide helps when you ask it for. An attitude to push myself to do the same in a kind way. Agile sales process focused on real opportunities. Management listen actively new ideas and concerns, asking the team to build new products and services. Director board open to chat at any time. Small, but global: a great place to work for people that looks for a multi-cultural work experience. Good training courses and clear career path. Team are growing also globally, so, we must be ready to help them and lead.

Cons

Some administrative process are changing usually and can confuse some times.
